Our vineyard, nestled in the picturesque Bennett Valley, is dedicated to cultivating exceptional wine grapes that trace their roots back to the prestigious Château de Beaucastel in the southern Rhône region of France. From the moment these coveted Syrah clones were propagated by Tablas Creek Vineyard, we have embarked on a journey to bring the unparalleled richness and complexity of Rhône red wine to the United States. With our vineyard thoughtfully planted in the fall of 2021, we eagerly anticipate a bountiful first harvest in 2026. Join us on this extraordinary odyssey and craft your own masterpiece, creating an exceptional Rhône red wine that will captivate the senses.

Syrah (FPS 23.1) Block A and C

Situated on a breathtaking 2.2-acre blocks, our vineyard is expertly planted on a gently sloping eastern-facing slope of Bennett Valley. Embracing the natural contours of the land, our vines thrive under the cool mornings and warm rays of the afternoon sun, creating a truly remarkable terroir for our grapes.

Syrah (FPS 35.1) Block B

Situated on 2.4 acres of gently sloping southern facing slope in the beautiful Bennett Valley. Embracing the natural contours of the land, our vines thrive under the cool mornings and warm summer sun, creating a truly remarkable terroir for our grapes.

Viognier (FPS 02.1) Block D

A small 0.3 acre block planted on a gently sloping eastern facing slope of Bennett Valley. Adding a block of Viognier will allow you to produce the traditional Rhône red wine where Syrah and Viognier are co-fermented to create an exceptional wine.

Sustainable Farming

Sustainable farming is not just a mere goal, but a profound philosophy that underlies our approach to nurturing our vineyards within the Sonoma ecosystem. We firmly believe that exceptional wines originate from healthy soil. By diligently planting cover crops, we combat erosion and facilitate nitrogen fixation in the soil. Our commitment to no-till practices ensures that the soil’s intricate web of beneficial organisms remains intact. Through composting and allowing natural decomposition, we fortify our soil, empowering it to thrive. Safeguarding the delicate balance of our ecosystem, we minimize the use of pesticides and herbicides. To reduce our dependence on the electrical grid, we have harnessed the power of the sun with over 21kW of solar generation. In our drought-prone habitat, water conservation is paramount. We judiciously employ deep soil moisture sensors, watering the vines only when necessary. Furthermore, our subsurface drip irrigation tubing directs water straight to the vines’ root structure, preventing evaporation or runoff. Join us in our mission to craft extraordinary Rhône wine grapes while preserving and nurturing the cherished land we call home.
