After finally settling in Bennett Valley for good, I indulged in my first meal. The constant back-and-forth trips from Southern California were taking their toll, and it was time to establish a permanent presence here. I needed to be fully committed to prepare everything for the upcoming vineyard planting. As I sit alone on a box amidst the chaotic mess of construction materials, Fauda, my mischievous companion, roams the building in search of new adventures. This is just the beginning of an exciting new phase in my life. Quite an interesting start, wouldn’t you say?
