At the nursery, we proudly nurtured two exceptional clones of Syrah from the Rhône region of France, known as 23.1 and 35.1, alongside our exquisite Viognier clone. These vines, carefully bench-grafted and lovingly tended to since last year, possess a remarkable strength that has been fostered in a protected environment. While we encountered a few challenges in preparing our vineyard infrastructure last year, this unforeseen delay provided our vines with a unique opportunity to flourish and grow even stronger. Today, they stand as a testament to resilience and promise.
