A new septic system has been installed. The original septic field, which was pre-approved when we purchased the property, posed a challenge as it was situated right in the middle of our vineyard planting area. But thanks to our state-of-the-art septic system, we were able to relocate the septic field to a space that is 1/3 smaller, all while maintaining a capacity for 4 bedrooms. This cutting-edge system produces gray water, which is then pumped into the small septic field outside the vineyard area, nestled on the hill.
