Rhône Valley Varietals

With the completion of the exterior facade of the vineyard building, our attention quickly turned towards the interior. Before proceeding with the drywall, we tackled the electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring everything was in perfect order. As this image from the upper floor area reveals, our focus shifted towards the scissor trusses and the insulation that envelops them. To enhance the structure even further, we employed a spray foam insulation throughout the building before adding the regular insulation. This exceptional method served two vital purposes. First, it eliminated the need for attic vents, which can pose a significant fire hazard in areas prone to wildfires. Second, it acted as a powerful sealant, successfully reducing dust intrusion, and maintaining a pristine environment inside. Our commitment to excellence knows no bounds, and every step we take is geared towards creating an exceptional space, both aesthetically and functionally.
